Return Policy

Conditions:

We are careful not to sell items returned from customers that could constitute a health risk or any items that might have come in contact with bodily fluid (saliva, semen, urine, blood, etc). Once these items leave our warehouse, we consider them to be non re-saleable. We do not make exceptions to this policy because we want to be able to assure our customers that we are protecting their health.

These items include (but are not limited to):

    •   Dildos, vibrators, plugs, beads.
    •   Any item inserted into the vagina, anus or penis.
    •   Gags.
    •   Enema kits.
    •   Chastity devices.
    •   Dildo harnesses.
    •   Panties, jock straps and all other undergarments.
    •   Penis pumps.
    •   Genital jewelry, cock rings

Of course, any of the above items that were damaged in transit or defective when we shipped them to you are can be exchanged for an undamaged replacement of the same item. You will need to return the item within 30 days from the date of purchase, so we can request a credit from the manufacturer or shipping carrier. However, you may consult with us to see whether you need to return it in order to get your exchange.

Books, Videotapes, DVDs & Custom made items

Exchanges are permitted only if the original product is defective. If one of these items is found to be damaged in transit or defective, it will be exchanged for an undamaged copy of the same item. So please make your selection carefully.

Within 30 Days from date of purchase

Items other than the ones described above may be returned for full credit or refund if they are unused in their original sealed packaging.

Defective

Any item with a defect in workmanship or function can be returned within 90 days for credit, replacement, or repair. (In some cases, we may offer a full refund on those items as well.)

If you receive a refund, and you ordered by credit card, your refund will be credited to your credit card account. If you ordered by check or money order, you may request a refund by manual check; otherwise the difference will be held in your Stockroom account to be applied automatically to your next future order.

Exchanges will be handled as new orders. New shipping charges will be applied unless the exchange resulted from our error. If you are entitled to have a refund in return shipping fees, we will reimburse based on standard mail rates, even if you used a more expensive method.
